Motorization system for Otter

Here’s how to turn your Otter into a motorboat. We developed this motorization system specifically for Otter-type boats. It is possible to retrofit the motorization system. In place of the standard bilge system, a large, sealable opening (rubber cover for the motor hole) is installed at the stern to route the motor through the boat’s floor. Additionally, a transom is installed to mount the motor. We recommend using electric motors or outboard motors with up to 6 PS.
