Since 1992, Spreu-Boote has been synonymous with high-quality, reliable, and durable inflatable boats. Through close collaboration with experienced rafting companies and active travelers, all models are continuously tested and refined. Our goal is to offer maximum safety, the highest level of comfort, and the best quality for every adventure on the water—from calm lakes to challenging whitewater.

Quality & Handcrafting

All Spreu boats are 100% handcrafted. We use only high-quality CSM material (formerly Hypalon), which is known for its extreme durability and longevity.

Durable Materials

All of our inflatable boats are made of CSM (chlorosulfonated polyethylene)—formerly known as Hypalon®—and are equipped with Leafield air and pressure relief valves.

Our inflatable boat hull consists of three layers: a polyester backing fabric in the middle, a CSM outer layer, and a neoprene inner layer. Each layer is important: the inner layer ensures airtightness, the fabric provides tear resistance, and the outer layer ensures durability, since it is directly exposed to weather and environmental conditions. That is why the outer layer is particularly important. This material is recognized worldwide as the preferred choice for professional inflatable boats.

CSM or PVC – PVC (polyvinyl chloride), which is nothing more than a fabric coated with plastic. PVC contains highly volatile plasticizers to stabilize it, and it is also known to be quite problematic from an environmental standpoint—both in terms of production and disposal. However, PVC has one advantage: it is much cheaper to manufacture.

The Highest Level of Security

All Spreu products comply with the latest CE safety standards and are technically designed for use even in extreme whitewater conditions. However, safety on the water always depends on experience, preparation, and the specific conditions of the waterway.

Durability & Comfort

Since the CSM material contains no plasticizers, our boats have an exceptionally long service life. In addition, all high-stress wear parts are double-reinforced—for maximum reliability and long-lasting enjoyment of boating.
